ALL OMS have a final examination, all RPCOM-Housestaff have their monthly examination.  60 Questions.  All housestaff physicians should meet with their program directors to ensure monthly evaluations are completed as per each specialty college requirements.

Please confirm all evaluations have been received by Dr. Cannon prior to this date.
Have all logs ready for inspection.
Be prepared for your exit examination.
The "30 Question Rule" must be completed prior to this date.
Failure to bring "logs" or have evaluations and questions completed will bring a -1 point per infraction.
